Warranty and Repair Policy We are pleased to provide you and all of our customers with top-brand computer systems and components … at wholesale prices. Since your product is new, any and all defects not caused from shipping are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, and must be processed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty that accompanies this product. Any unauthorized repair may void the warranty. If the product is damaged during shipping, PriceCommander.com must be contacted within 3 business days, and we will arrange for repair or replacement. PriceCommander.com is a reseller only, not a repair center. If you are in need of assistance for help resolving a problem related to the proper function of this product, please contact the product manufacturer directly (refer to your owner’s manual for contact information.) Please do not call or return this product to PriceCommander.com. This will only delay and complicate the resolution process. Return Policy Return of this product is permitted for up to 30 days after original purchase, provided the product is returned with its original sales receipt, and in its original factory packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, provided the product is in its original condition, PriceCommander.com shall refund the original purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Special order items marked as such on the invoice may be returned, but refund values will be determined on a case-by-case basis, driven by current market value. Customers should not return merchandise until an agreed-upon settlement is reached.
